United Kingdom

All items are shipped using our trusted, insured courier service. A signature will be required on delivery so please ensure you specify a delivery address where someone will be available 9 - 5, Mon to Fri.

We will email you on the day of shipping to confirm that your item has been shipped and it has therefore left our warehouse.

Next Day Delivery:

Next Day Delivery is available on most items, providing the item is in stock. To receive Next Day Delivery, Order by 3pm Monday - Thursday. Orders received by 1pm Friday will be shipped on Friday for Monday delivery. Orders received between 1pm Friday and 1pm Monday will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Please Note: Although we make every attempt possible to ship all orders received by 1pm this is not a guaranteed service. Some remote / offshore locations are not available on a next day delivery service and may take up to 3 days.

We will always confirm your order has been shipped by email. If you do not receive an email by 7pm then the item has not been shipped - you can log in to our web site to find out the status of your order.

As well as next day delivery we also offer two other delivery options. Please choose your delivery method based on how quickly you need to receive your order.

Delivery Attempts:

Deliveries will require a signature at the point of delivery. If the courier is unable to obtain a signature on delivery they will leave a calling card asking you to contact your local depot to arrange a redelivery. You must contact your local depot within 5 days of them leaving the calling card or the item will automatically be returned to us and you will be responsible for the return postage costs (usually equal to the original delivery costs), as well as the initial postage costs. If you miss the courier on the day you requested for redelivery there will be a £4 charge for each subsequent delivery attempt - you must contact us via email requesting a 3rd delivery attempt and we will send you a link to make the payment online. We'll then contact the couriers and authorise the delivery attempt for you.

Items Damaged in Transit:

All items are sent with an insured courier service. If the item appears to have damage to the outer packaging upon arrival you must sign for the item as "damaged" and contact us via email within 48 hours.

Collections:

Sorry, due to Health & Safety reasons we can not allow customers to collect their items from our warehouse under any circumstances.
