Products available for sale on this website are subject to these terms and conditions. By purchasing products on this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you are bound by the version available on the site at the date of purchase. You confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and true.

Pre Order Terms & Conditions
Payment for orders containing pre-order items will be taken after the product becomes available on the system. All products are dispatched after payment has been recieved, therefore we reccommend that pre-order items are kept separate from items in stock to allow for a faster service on the items that are in stock. 

Trademarks
All trademarks and registrations are the property of their respective owners.

Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card transactions are handled using a secure payment system provided by Protx and Barclays.

Please Note: - We do not keep any information regarding your credit and debit cards once they have been processed.

Prices
All prices stated on the website are subject to change without notice.

Payment
Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected plus delivery costs and VAT. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the same card. If your card cannot be verified or is any way unacceptable, the order will be cancelled immediately.

Title
Title to the product passes at the time of dispatch from our warehouse. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused during delivery. This is covered by the shipping insurance.

Liability
We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any product purchased from this site.

Errors and Omissions
We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error please contact us via email and we will rectify any problems as soon as possible.

We can accept no responsibility for information or opinions from third-parties, contained within this site, or for the content of links from this site.

All images, descriptive matter and specifications advertised on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

Free Gifts
Any 'free' items that are recieved with your item must be returned with the product in order to get a full refund or exchange. In the case that the 'free' item is not included with the returned product, the price of the 'free' item will be deducted from the refund or exchange credit.

Delivery & Charges
Our delivery charges do not include any customs charges that may apply. We will not be liable for any custom charges occurred for overseas orders. We will not agree to label any parcels as "gifts" or commit any actions that may directly or indirectly put us in risk in any way.

We will try our best to accommodate any requests given on the delivery comments and this message will also be written on parcels on the delivery label for the postman/postwoman to read. However, we do not guarantee that your request will be forfilled or that the postman/postwoman will read the comment.

Non-Delivery
Please note that we may have to wait up to 21 Days from dispatch to investigate the non-arrival of an item, this is due to time delays caused by contacting our courier service and the time taken for them to investigate the matter with their drivers.
